Because every Tier 1 and Tier 2 lead is checked against criteria we agree on in writing, we don’t issue credits for leads that meet them. Tier 3 leads are sold as-is.

What’s the difference between the lead tiers?
Tier 1 (Nurtured): we’ve spoken with them, confirmed the job, and followed up until they’re ready to book, then we hand them to you. Tier 2 (Consented): we’ve spoken with them, confirmed the job and contact info, and they’ve agreed to hear from your business by phone or text. Tier 3 (Uncontacted): consumer inquiries from our lead partners that we haven’t contacted or verified. Tier 1 and Tier 2 are sold to one business only; Tier 3 may also be sold to others.

Are the leads shared with my competitors?
Tier 1 and Tier 2 leads are sold to one business only, never shared or resold. Tier 3 leads are not exclusive and may also be sold to other businesses, which is why they cost less.
How much does each lead cost?
It depends on your industry, your area and the tier. Request a free lead quote and we’ll confirm availability and quote a price per lead for each tier before you commit to anything. Committing for 3 or 6 months lowers every price by 5% or 10%.
Is there a setup fee, retainer or minimum?
Pay-Per-Lead has no setup fee and no monthly fee. You start with a prepaid balance that refills automatically as leads are delivered, and any unused balance is refundable. The balance depends on your lead tier and industry, and we set it in your quote. 3- and 6-month commitments include a minimum monthly purchase, also agreed in your quote.
What counts as a qualified lead?
Before your first lead, we agree in writing on what a qualified lead means for your business: in your service area, with valid contact information, looking for a service you offer, and meeting any other requirements you set. Tier 1 and Tier 2 leads are checked against those criteria before delivery, and we don’t issue credits for leads that meet them. Tier 3 leads are sold as-is. Qualified means a lead meets your criteria, not that it’s guaranteed to book or buy.
How fast can I start getting leads?
Once we’ve agreed on your criteria and confirmed lead supply in your area, leads start arriving as our team works them. Timing depends on your industry and tier, and your quote will tell you what to expect.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Texas and work with local businesses. Pay-Per-Lead is available in select industries and service areas, so ask us whether yours is covered. Local SEO, CRM and Automation, and the Growth System don’t depend on where you’re located.
